The Marfa stool's name comes from it's original purpose, as it was designed and developed for Claesson Koivisto Rune's architectural project of Claesson Koivisto Rune, an art gallery in Marfa, Texas.The stool is a beautiful exercise in showcasing the dynamic natural qualities of solid wood, as it incorporates pieces with significant surface area, showcasing the beautiful wood grain.
