CAP53
Angelo Mangiarotti returns to working with bronze with the CAP53 vases, where the ancient technique of "lost-wax" casting draws closer to its original field, the production of sculptures. Casting and polishing enhance the color, the brilliance and the texture of the material in an articulated vocabulary of simple yet sensual forms, derived from intuition and experimentation. The design of the vases is built on the principle that two circles of different diameter, moving along the vertical axis, can create a great number of different objects. CAP53 is available in three versions, each of them available in a limited edition of 100 numbered copies.
