Established in 2005 by Signe Bindslev Henriksen and Peter Bundgaard Rützou, Space Copenhagen is the Danish design studio behind some of the world's most inspiring hotels, restaurants and best selling furniture products. The studio’s intuitive approach results in designs that are shaped by a belief in a slow aesthetic that centers quality and longevity.

Wonder Sofa for GUBI

Wonder is a modular sofa that builds on the virtues of 70s lounge furniture - informal, generous, and playful - featuring a folded cushion over the backrest. Available in numerous configurations with or without armrests, including a unique back to back option that is unified by a common backrest.

Stay Sofa for GUBI

|
|
The Stay Oval Sofa is part of the Stay family of sculptural and organic contemporary shaped lounge and sofa seating. Available in several sizes with plinth or wooden leg bases.

Fly Collection for &Tradition

Space Copenhagen's Fly series for &Tradition references Nordic aesthetics and craftsmanship. The collection features the Fly Table in oak and marble, available in three sizes, and the Fly Armchair in two sizes, with the additional option of either lounge or dining seat heights.

The Fly Sofa is available as a two-seater with optional integrated side tables, or as a three-seater. Specify either lounge or dining seat heights.

Dining Collection for Mater Furniture
|
|
|
When designing The Dining Chair for Mater Furniture, Space Copenhagen explored classic, minimal and sculptural motifs. The Dining Chair features a rounded backrest and a distinctive, sculptural base. Available in solid natural or grey stained oak or black stained beech.

High Stool with and without backrest for Mater Furniture
|
|
The Mater High Stool is regarded as a New Danish Classic with the same sculpted expression as the Dining Chair. Available with or without backrest in FSC® certified solid oak or beech with a water-based stain or without backrest in sand casted recycled aluminum.

Accent Table Collection for Mater Furniture
|
|
|
The Accent Table collection shares DNA with both the High Stool and the Dining Chair. This collection consists of three coffee tables, a larger oval lounge table, a café table, and a round dining table. Each piece is crafted in solid FSC® certified oak and is available in three water-based stains.
